Something Different Something Way Better for your democratic rights – the Trillium Party of Ontario…because they’re all the same and they’re all to blame – Political Donations, Third Party advertisements versus your democratic rights – is this a conflict of interest? Please share – your voice is our voice…

A third party is any person or entity that is not a political party, candidate or constituency association, and that engages in political advertising. Third parties include corporations, partnerships, unincorporated businesses and associations, and many other groups

In Ontario there has become a systemic problem with our democracy – this is a give in considering how the NDP, the Liberals and the PC Parties are operating. On top of that, though, what the voting public of Ontario may not be aware of is that there are other groups financing advertisements focused on having their pet political party elected. According to Elections Ontario there are 12 Third party advertisers registered. My question is – why are there any third party advertisers? Why would the Association of Municipalities be a registered third party advertiser? Or any of them??? The list is attached in this post – so when you see advertisements supporting or attempting to make another party look bad – take everything with a grain of salt because it may be funded by one of these…and is this what democracy is supposed to be about – I don’t think so – do you?
